Hazel's previous owner decided they no longer wanted to care for her. She is a puppy and needed more attention then they were willing to give her. They were going to take her to a kill shelter but a nice neighbor found out and took her instead and brought her to us. 
Hazel is nervous at first, but once she trusts you, she is such a love. She used training pads inside her former home, but has not had any problems being crate trained her at the shelter.  
In her foster home, Hazel had another dog companion, so she is not used to being alone. A home with humas around most of the day and/or another canine companon is best for this sweet girl.
