Declan's time was up at a high kill shelter.  He was just feeling comfortable at the shelter where he was, when he was once again moved:(  Understandably, it will take him some time to get used to us and feel more comfortable.   
He definitely needs to learn to walk on a leash as it seems he has never been on a leash/walk before...poor guy.  We have already seen that he is a GREAT DOG who is very sweet!   We have noticed some hunting behavior in him when he is out in the yard. Because of this he will need to go to a home with no small dogs or cats (or other small creatures). 

Declan is available for adoption. Why not put in an application for this sweet boy!
