Fanny was a stray hanging around a neighborhood, people took care of her and fed her. Everyone saw what a sweet girl she is and surrendered her to PRBJ.   She did get adopted but was returned because Fanny is not a fan of birds.   So if you are interested in her please no birds.  She is litterboxed trained.
