Since Emmitt has been with us, his sibling Ringo has passed away. He is sad and very confused. If you would like to help Emmitt and foster him please submit an online application or contact us directly by phone.

Emmitt needs some time to warm up and then is sweet as he can be. He prefers a calmer environment and loves to be petted, as well as brushed. He does like to play with toys sometimes and especially liked playing with his brother, Ringo, who passed away. Emmitt likes the little toy mice with cat nip, "Da Bird" cat toy, and watching videos for cats on Youtube - especially squirrels, birds, lizards and other critters, per their prior owner.

Please note:  It is important to remember when holding him to hold him upright, sideways with missing leg towards you.
