Nali was born in South Korean into the meat market trade. Nali has had a terrifying start to life as she was kept in a small cage with many other dogs until she was rescued. She was placed up for sale to be used for her meat and was luckily purchased by a woman who just wanted to love her. Due to the amount of trauma, she has endured she is very fearful of humans. It took her American parent some time for her to trust her. She did not force Nali out, but rather, let her come to her when she was ready. Nali slowly became curious, and in time, realized that she was trustworthy. Soon, Nali was even letting her rub her bell, and after that, she became an absolute joy to be around.

Nali will let you know when she wants something, and she is a bit of a diva (she does not like dirty)! She loves to dance, run, play with other dogs, chase lizards, frogs or other small animals. At the center, she plays happily with Sweetie. A spacious home/fenced backyard would be the best fit for her. Nali has come out of her shell the most of her companons and would be happy with another canine companion or as the only dog in the home.
