Jeffrey and siblings were named after the Fresh Prince, they include Phil, Will and Carlton.
They were all owner surrendered to Pet rescue by Judy. Their owner was just not able to care for all of them. She was responsible and had Judy fix the mom dog, so more babies.
All puppies are very sweet and playful. Jeffrey should not be fed with other dogs. He must have been the last puppy to get any food and feels he has to hog the bowl to get any:(
