FOSTER UPDATE: "Amelia has been with us for a little over a month now. She has finally started coming to us when we ask her to and tucking her sweet head under our hands. She loves hearing her name and hearing us tell her how much we love her in a sweet high pitch voice. She gets excited and wiggles her little tail and it is just about the cutest thing you will ever see! She has been an absolute treat to have in our home. We let her come to us and we never forced her out of her comfort zone :)"

Amelia is super sweet and gentle. She is very timid alone but lights up when she has another large dog to play with. She will blossom in a home that gives her time to adjust and learn she is part of the family. She loves, loves, loves to play with other dogs! She is housetrained and crate trained.

Amelia came to us from a county animal shelter with her four babies. She and her babies came very very thin and needed around the clock care. Amelia was used for breeding all her life and now she is not quite sure of what to do with all of her new found freedom.

Amelia does best in an environment where she has another large and confident dog to be friends with.
