Description:
Phantom and her siblings were surrendered to a high kill shelter. There mom gave birth to these babies on someones property and they have cared for them for about 10 weeks. Again, something like this would not happen if all cats and dogs are spayed/neutered. Like all kittens they are very sweet, playful, litterboxed trained.
