Description: Storm is SO LONELY. All 5 of her littermates and her mamma have all found their forever home. Since the rest of the famly has been adopted, I'll let you in on a little secret ~ Storm is the best of the litter! Aw, each and every one of them is precious, but Storm has that touch of sweetness that makes her just that much more special. Won't you please adopt Storm and give her a family of her own?
“My mom gave birth to me at Judy’s Adoption Center. I look nothing like my mom, Gypsy, who is probably mixed with lab and rottweiler. I have the sweetest looking innocent face. My foster mom says it is true ~ I am very sweet and as innocent as a puppy can be. I think I got a lot of my mom’s lab genes. So I am a mix of a lot of things. That makes me a Heinz 57 breed! Which means that I am the best puppy you could ever have. I LOVE TO SNUGGLE AND SLEEP! I love to play with my sister Delilah. I also play very well with my foster Mom’s dogs which weighs 65lbs and 75 lbs. I listen very well to everyone. I play well with kids and never meet a stranger. I am 75% house trained (have about 3-5 accidents in house a day) I never have an accident in my crate and I sleep throughout the night. Please send in an adoption form so I can go and be your forever best friend! "
P.S. My name does not fit me it should be “Star” because when I walk in everyone notices me and my beautiful shiny black coat.
*** According to www.dogbreedinfo.com, the Labrador Retriever is a loving, affectionate, lovable, patient dog. Once known as the "St John's Dogs," the Labrador Retriever is one of the most popular breeds in the United States. Originally from Newfoundland, Canada the Labrador was trained to jump overboard into the icy waters to haul fisherman's nets to shore. Specimens were brought to England in the 1800's by English ships coming from Labrador, where the dog's fine retrieving instincts were honed and developed. One of the best family dogs and canine companions because of their gentle, loving disposition, the highly trainable Labrador also excels in drug detection, as a guide for the blind, and service dog for the disabled. The breed is also an outstanding obedience and field trial competitor. Highly intelligent, loyal, willing, and high-spirited. Lively and good-natured, they love to play, especially in water - for they love to swim. They have an excellent, reliable, temperament and are friendly, superb with children and equable with other dogs. They crave human attention and need to feel as though they are part of the family. Labs are easily trained. These dogs are watchdogs, not guard dogs, although some have been known to guard. They have a life expectancy of 10-12 years.
