Delta was found by our wonderful Sanford Police. He was so thin and scared, but he was happy to be saved from the streets. Unfortunately, after many attempts, we could not find an owner. We neutered him, gave him all his shots, and he is heartworm tested. Delta is a wonderful, highly active dog that would enjoy the company of another active dog or family that can run,and throw the ball with her. Leash training with easy walker harness is the best to use when walking, Give Delta the opportunity to show you how great a dog he is. He does not like to be left outside alone and loves human contact.

Delta is heartworm positive but that should not prevent him from finding his forever home.  At the time of adoption you will be supplied with literature regarding our slow kill method. Any questions regarding heartworms please call us. We also recommend that if you are not familiar with heartworms to speak to your veterinarian about the slow kill method.
