Description:

Highway and her babies "The Highway Pups" were found abandoned along a rural highway in the Apalachicola National Forest. This family was hungry, frightened, and full of fleas. A good samaritan works in Apalachicola and drives through the National Forest each day. She spotted this family and called for help to rescue these dogs. These pups are already very big and we expect them to grow to about 70-80 pounds. These cute bundles of energy will require lots of love, training and fenced yard.

Puppy litters tend to be very popular. We highly recommend that if you are interested in adopting Road Block or one of her siblings, please submit an online adoption application promptly. Once your application is submitted, you will get an email response from our adoption screeners with more information regarding our adoption process.

Puppies are frequently at events and can be in a foster home. Therefore, pups are not always at our adoption center. Your adoption screener can best direct you to the location/event where you may visit our pups as well as update you on their availability status.
