A wonderful young lady who works for one of our veterinary doctor's found a pregnant dog.  She kept the dog and when the dog gave birth she found homes for all puppies except 2. Judy took in these 2 pups, named Oscar and Phil, and will find them a great home.  Both dogs are house-trained, good with children & other dogs, and are both so sweet.  Oscar has found his furever home, and now it's Phil's turn! Phil loves to play with the big and smaller dogs here at the center and would be happiest in a home with another canine buddy~ If you are interested please put an application in and you will receive an email from the screener assigned to your application.
