"Officer" came to Judy in the back of a police car. A Deland sheriff recieved a call from someone who saw the puppy be thrown from a car. We dont understand how someone is capable of this. The only crime "Officer" can be acused of is being so darn cute. He will be sentenced to two good meals a day, lots of love, and the best forever home we can find.
