09/1/4/2017:  During Hurricane Irma Welch went into a foster home and they informed us that Welch is a sweet sweet boy who plays well with small and big dogs and cats.   He loves walks, knows to come, sit and stay and also is a cuddler.

Welch was found as a stray and surrendered to PRBJ.   We tried to find his owners but  no one reported this sweet dog missing.   He is good with other dogs, kids, and appears to be cratetrained.  He is good for apartment size living also.
