A couple came into PRBJ on 9/3/17 in the afternoon looking to surrender their 3 cats.  They were being evicted from their apartment and could not afford the pet fee for hotel.  We are full and unable to take them in.   A few hours later Judy walks outside and saw 2 crates and a bag of cat food.  There were the 3 cats inside   the crate, in the heat, direct sun with no food , water or litter.  Edgar's siblings are Chuck and Freddy.  If anyone is interested in adopted these 3 cuties they would love to go to a home.   Edgar is such a beautiful magical looking cat.
