Apache was lucky enough to be rescued by a veternarin in Invernes, FL, while trying to cross Apache Road. That is how he got his name. He had an ear and skin infection, and was malnourished and dehydrated.  He ended up at Citrus County Animal Control and the volunteers and employees recognized that this dog deserved a second chance at life and brought him to PRBJ.  He lives with Judy and her other needy rescue animals receiving medication, love and exercise.  Apache is loving, obedient, gets along with all animals, people, and is housetrained.  He loves to lay on his pillow bed and just hang out with you watching television.  When out for Dog 4 A Day, he got along with all and is the perfect gentleman.  Please call and make an appointment to meet with this kind hearted dog who was not given the best start in life.
