10/21/2016: Feather is doing great. She has gained some weight and looks great. Feather has the best personality and gets along with all.
Feather was found as a stray with a companion, Marlo, in a dump. Feather had the worst skin conditon and was starving. One of our volunteers was on her way to us and caught her. Her skin condition is doing better and she is putting on weight. She is fine with other dogs.
