This poor cat was found as a stray and surrendered to a high kill shelter. He has the fluffiest tail ever. Feris is a playful beautiful black cat that is just the sweetest. You will enjoy just rubbing his tail. He is ready for his forever home. We rescued Feris from a high kill shelter in hopes of giving this sweety another chance at life.
