Beethoven has received a clean bill of health after his tumor removal and gets chiropractor adjustments to help his hip dysplasia enjoys walks on his time, belly rubs, kisses car rides in a car that is low based and big back seat and would be best with older children and only dog,
Judy was called to help rehome this magnificent dog who was seriously neglected; he was underweight, tired, and had intestinal parasites. He is great with other dogs and our volunteers. He loves to put his head on your lap and lay there while you rub his ears. The vet recommends a quiet home where Beethoven can be the center of attention, and feels he should be the only dog in the home to ensure low activity. He has so much love to offer - please consider opening your home and heart to this gentle giant!
Dog for a Day UPDATE!
Beethoven went out with a wonderful family and here is what they had to say, "We had such a great time with him! He is the sweetest dog. Very mellow, very low maintenance. He was housetrained. Liked to go on little walks (we were afraid to take him too far because of his hips.) Great with kids. Showed absolutely zero aggression toward anything. The most loving dog. Wasn't bothered by the cat at all."
Make sure to check out the picture from his outing below.
