Scooter is a timid guy who doesn't like being at the shelter. He loves people and being petted and fussed but finds the shelter environment frightening. He flips his bed upside down and sits under it. It would be funny if it wasn't so sad. People are overlooking this beautiful guy because of this but take him out of the shelter and place him in a quiet, loving home and there will be a transformation! Scooter just needs the right person to give him another chance at a happy, secure, loving home life - then his true sweet nature will come out.
